In ayurvedic science it insists to avoid some urgs that will help you to lead a happy joyful life they are the following.The benefits of controlling these natural urges help's the person to lead a happy life  and attain “Dharma, Artha, Kama and moksha” in his life.



The natural urges of our mind such as shamelessness, jealousy, excessive possiveness,greed, depression, fear, proud, urge to theft, anxiety,sorrow have to be controlled according to Ayurveda.


The things that have to be controlled while talking are excessive talking, talking too rude, quarrel, telling lies and not talking in context are the urges that have to be avoided by ayurveda.


The urges of body that have to be avoided and controlled are having sex with other person than your life partner, theft, violence,robbery,wishing others property etc.



TIME TO WAKE UP ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA

It is good to wake anytime after 3 am that is good for health by ayurveda.

KAPHA 3:00 – 4:30 am
PITTA 4:00 – 5:30 am
VATA 5:00 – 6:30 am

Exceptions in Sleep by ayurveda

People that need little more sleep adviced by ayurveda are Children, Pregnant women ,Elderly persons,  and diseased person

10 P.M. to 2 A.M. - Pitta
