फलत्रिकं दारुनिशां विशालां मुस्तां च निष्क्वथ्य निशांशकल्कम्।
पिबेत्कषायं मधुसम्प्रयुक्तं सर्वप्रमेहेषु समुच्छ्रितेषु॥{भा.प्र.म.ख.३८/५९}
Ingredients:
Phalatrika:
Haritaki – Terminalia chebula
Bibhitaki – Terminalia bellirica
Amalaki – Emblica officinalis
Darunisha – Berberis aristata
Vishala – Indravaruni – Citrullus colocynthis
Musta – Cyperus rotundus
Dose (adult):
5 to 20 ml or as directed by a qualified Ayurveda physician
Benefits:
It is also used as a rejuvenator, adaptogenic, detoxifying agent, anti-ageing and many more.
Triphala is also one of the ingredients in the Ayurveda anti-diabetic medicines and also is used in urinary disorders.
