  2. Hello

Saraswatharishtam is good for brain it help's to improve memory but it can also help in hair growth in other aspects of it's wide range action...but normally tailas such as neelibringadhi taila, chemparithyadhi taila etc are mainly used for hair growth...thank you

My son is in the 10th standard and is unable to put in the effort for his studies. He gets easily distracted, is very short tempered and also gets tired easily. He also finds it difficult to stick to a schedule and finish work on time. He tries to postpone things as much as possible. He is very adamant by nature and also lethargic and compulsive. On the few occasions that he has put in effort, he has scored extremely well. But he can hardly study for 30 minutes everyday. Will Saraswatha gritham help? Or is brahmi advisable? Thanks.
