PREPARATION OF KARKIDAKA KANJI

Take 10 gm of Malli ,Vizhalari ,Chrupunnayari ,Kutakapalayari ,Putharichundaveru ,Varattumanjal ,Katuku ,Chukku,Sathakuppa Naruneendikizhangu  ,Karimjeerakam ,Elam ,Thakkolam ,Karayampoovu ,Karkokilari ,Jeerakam ,Perumjeerakam ,Ayamodakam ,Uluva, Aashali  Jathikka add 2 liter water + 500 ml cow milk or coconut milk and 80 gm rice. Boil and prepare kanji. 2. Take a little amount of Jeerakam + chuvanna ulli, and fry in cow ghee , and mix it with the prepared kanji.Take the prepared Kanji in lukewarm stage.
