KANKUSHTHA
Garcinia morella
Uses: It is a strong purgative and hence used in ascitis, worms, hypertension. Also useful in amenorrhea. It is a good complexion enhancer.
Parts used: Gum.
Dose: 30 to 60 mgs.(along with volatile drugs), toxic dose - 1 drm. higher dose leads to severe Emesis purgation, pain and finally the death.
