Knowledge introspection is essential for any scientist.The complex various aspects of nature and the mutually beneficial interactions of living beings impart knowledge to human beings at different levels.From the many observations, scientists can draw conclusions based on the evidence. 

The science of Ayurveda opens up endless possibilities for the exploration of such knowledge.

A good example of this is the Jeevanthi seen in these photos .

  The ants on the flowers shows the Presence of sweetnes, many small creatures sucking the leaf juice shows the neutrative compounds in the leaf. Such direct observational knowledges are becoming the valuble insights for the future experiments and conclusions. 

Jeevanthi is one of the best leafy vegetable.That useful for eyes ,skin and Balancing Pitha, an excellent galactagogue and Rasayana .
