അവൽ ഗുരുവാണ് . ബലവർദ്ധനമാണ് . കഫത്തേയും വിഷ്ടംഭത്തെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കും .
*Prudhuka is prepared by boiling paddy for short while and pounding it with pestle and mortar.
