Rasona : Garlic : Alium cepa .
Karavi : Black cumin seed : Nigella sativa .
Krushna : Long pepper : Pipr longum .
Sthira : Desmodium gangeticum .
Rasonadi Kashayam is used to treatment of Vata diseases like bloating , vomiting , nausea , and respiratory conditions due to Vata imbalance. It cures Kaasa swaasa -Cough and breathing difficulties including asthma and especially productive cough.
It is effective in hypertension and hidhma .
It helps Vata Dosha to move in its normal direction. This action is called Vata Anulomana.
