📖 Full English Sentence Translation:
Manjisthā is one of the best herbs for purifying the blood and pacifying pitta-related burning sensations. It cures various skin diseases, leprosy, and deep-rooted blood impurities. It reduces swelling, is mildly unctuous, and enhances complexion while cleansing the face. It treats fever and helps digest metabolic toxins (āma). It is useful in abdominal tumors (gulma) and piles (arśas). Uniquely, it balances both excess flow and stagnation in the body and helps in stopping bleeding. It stimulates digestive fire, balances vāta and pitta, and corrects urinary disorders and painful urination. O radiant Manjisthā, salutations to you — the divine herb who bestows beauty and glowing skin.
