Amrudotharam Kashayam

Amrudotharam Kashayam is an Ayurvedic herbal decoction (liquid preparation) used in traditional Indian medicine. It is primarily used for the treatment of respiratory ailments such as cough, cold, and bronchitis.

The main ingredients in Amrudotharam Kashayam include amrutha (Tinospora cordifolia), tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), pippali (Piper longum), and sunthi (Zingiber officinale). These herbs are known for their anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and expectorant properties, which make them effective in relieving respiratory symptoms.

Amrudotharam Kashayam is typically prepared by boiling the herbs in water until the water volume reduces to about one-fourth of the original amount. It is then filtered and consumed warm.

As with all herbal remedies, it's important to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before using Amrudotharam Kashayam, as it may interact with certain medications or have side effects in some individuals
